IMAG and event screens in Myrtle Beach

Your speakers and slides on the venue's projectors and TVs. So the back of the room sees what the front row sees.

Why it matters

The problem, and how we solve it

The problem

In a ballroom or a convention hall, most of the audience is watching your speakers from a long way off.

What we do

We send our camera shots and slides to the venue's screens, along with the stream. Before show day, we work out the connections with the venue's AV team.

What you get

The whole room can see who's talking. People pay attention longer.

How it works

From booking to delivery

  1. Survey

Where the screens are, what inputs they take, who runs AV at the venue.

  2. Coordinate

We sort out the connections, and any venue fees, before you book.

  3. Setup

We run signal to every screen and test it with real content.

  4. Show

IMAG and slides switch live with the program.
