Who we are
Uplift AV (“we,” “us”) provides event production and livestreaming services on the Grand Strand in South Carolina and nearby North Carolina. This policy explains what information we collect through upliftavtech.com and how we use it. Questions? Email info@upliftavtech.com.
What we collect
Information you give us. When you request a quote or email us, we collect what you provide: your name, email address, organization, phone number if you include it, and details about your event such as dates, venue, audience size and services needed.
Information collected automatically. Our website host, Cloudflare, processes basic technical data to deliver and secure the site, such as IP address, browser type and pages requested. If we use website analytics, we use privacy-focused tools that measure visits without advertising cookies. This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to your request, prepare quotes, plan and deliver your event, send invoices and service communications, and improve our website. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers that help us run the business, and only as needed: our website host (Cloudflare), our form processor (Web3Forms), which delivers quote requests to our inbox, our email provider, and our phone and payment providers. We may also share information with venues or crew working on your event when you ask us to coordinate with them, or when required by law.
Event recordings and media
Recordings, photos and video we produce at your event are handled under your event agreement. We will not publish footage from your event in our marketing without your permission.
How long we keep it
We keep quote requests and client records for as long as needed to provide services, meet tax and accounting obligations, and resolve disputes, then delete or anonymize them.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by emailing info@upliftavtech.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.
Security
We use reputable providers and reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
This website is intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
