Agreement
By using upliftavtech.com (the “site”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. These terms cover use of the website only. Event services are governed by the written quote and agreement you sign with Uplift AV, which controls if it conflicts with anything on the site.
Information on the site
We work to keep the site accurate, but service descriptions, package contents, examples and images are for general information and may change without notice. Some images are illustrations, not photos of specific client events.
Pricing and launch offer
Package prices shown are starting prices for the scope described. Your final price is set in your written quote and depends on date, venue, schedule, crew and add-ons. Venue charges, such as internet, power or in-house AV fees, are billed by the venue and are not included unless your quote says so. The launch offer of 15% off applies to packages booked with a signed agreement before January 1, 2027, cannot be combined with other discounts, and may be changed or ended at any time before booking.
Quote requests
Submitting the quote form does not create a booking or a contract. A booking is confirmed only when you sign our agreement and pay any required deposit.
Internet and livestreams
Livestream quality depends on internet service and third-party platforms that we do not control. We plan for the connection and record on site, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted streaming. Specific responsibilities are set out in your event agreement.
Intellectual property
The site’s text, design, graphics and logos belong to Uplift AV or its licensors. You may view and share pages for personal or business evaluation, but you may not copy, modify or reuse site content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site, including attempting to disrupt it, gain unauthorized access, submit spam or false information through our forms, or use automated tools to scrape it.
Links to other sites
The site may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
Disclaimer
The site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Uplift AV is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. This section does not limit any obligations in a signed event agreement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina. Any dispute about the site will be handled in the state or federal courts serving Horry County, South Carolina.
