Your convention happens once a year. Members who can’t travel miss it, keynotes disappear when the room empties, and the hotel AV quote is hard to read.
We produce the general sessions: cameras, livestream, IMAG and your graphics. The hotel handles the room. We extend it to every member, wherever they are.
Members attend from anywhere. Sessions become on-demand content for CE credit and member value. A recap video sells next year’s convention and sponsorships.

Questions we hear
Our hotel already has an AV company. Can you still help?
Yes. Most resort venues have in-house AV for the room: projectors, microphones and the sound system. We add what they don’t usually cover, like multi-camera production, the livestream, session recording and recap video. We coordinate with them early so nothing overlaps.
Can members watch from home or earn CE credit?
Yes. We stream to a private viewing page or your platform, and deliver each session as its own recording. Many associations use these recordings for on-demand CE.
How far ahead should we book?
As soon as your venue and dates are set. Four to nine months ahead is typical for conventions. We do a walkthrough with the venue well before the event.

Myrtle Beach Convention Center, the Marriott at Grande Dunes, Kingston Resorts, the Sheraton, the Hilton and other venues across the Grand Strand.
