Questions we hear
The headliner brings their own production. Where do you fit?
We cover what the touring crew doesn’t: secondary stages, sponsor screens, changeover content, VIP areas, the livestream and the recap. We coordinate with their team on the day.
Do you supply the LED screens?
We can source screens sized to your site, or run cameras and content to screens you already have. Either way, it’s one team responsible for what appears on them.
Can you produce sponsor content?
Yes. Sponsor loops for the screens, on-site activations captured on video, and post-event clips sponsors can share.
Do you work outdoors and in the heat?
Yes. Our crew has worked large outdoor festivals on the Grand Strand. We plan power, shade, weather and backup for outdoor sites.
